The cottage is located in the tranquil village of Northrepps, Cromer in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in North Norfolk.

Cromer is a coastal town, holiday resort, and active crab fishing port town on the north-east coast of Norfolk – famous for its crab and award winning pier. It has many amenities, things to do, see and shop.

Northrepps has a village pub, the Foundry Arms, and is well connected to all surrounding area

Northrepps, is 3 miles southeast of Cromer, 22 miles north of Norwich, 20 miles to the Norfolk Broads, and 137 miles north of London. The village lies west of the A149 which runs between Kings Lynn and Great Yarmouth. The nearest railway station is at Cromer, which runs between Sheringham, Cromer and Norwich. The nearest airport is Norwich International Airport.
